Hello Reader!!!!
My name will still be a mystery for now (sorry for that), but that’s the point of this blog, that you will be interested in getting know more about me through my posts and not looking for me in google or Facebook. I already told you that I’m an engineer but what you don’t know is that I’m an Electronic and Telecommunications engineer, who started working in the Oil and Gas industry as a Petroleum Engineer. So, you will read how I started in this industry and my first steps as a trainee, as well the difficulties I faced as a newbie in this business (you can start reading about me: The Beginning….). In those 5 years, I grew up a lot. This big changed help me to transform myself in a better person. I’m more independent and confident.

​The idea of 5YearStory started in 2013, during my vacation to Scotland I found the perfect gift for myself: a journal. Since that day I wrote about all my travels (I know there is few things that I miss), however I manage myself to write at least the most important things about every country I visited and took great pictures too. In some posts, you will see minimum images because at the beginning I wasn’t good in taking pictures and I try to maintain the original picture, I’m not the type of girl that like to add filters or shapes, lights, etc. to transform an ordinary photo into an AWESOME photo. You will see that you don’t need to be a great photographer to have an amazing gallery that’s why I prefer to show you the raw picture, I hope you like it.
In my coming posts, you will learn the reason behind the name of “5YearStory”. I could choose a different number, however there is a big reason why I pick the number 5.
I will do my best to write not just about me, my thoughts, my people and my work. I’m trying to post tips about the countries I visited (5 tips to start planning your trip to Dubai) and things to do in my home city too. I want to warn you, I’m the type of person that doesn’t like to write like 5000 words or to explain something simple in 2 paragraph. I like the things directly and simple and I will keep my blog as simple as I can.
